For the last 10 years, I have sat chairside as a Registered Dental Hygienist, dedicated to one thing: the health of my patient's smile's. I’ve seen the confidence a healthy mouth can bring, but lately, I’ve also seen something deeply troubling.

In a world of "viral" hacks and influencer driven marketing, I watched as products were pushed onto the public without a single thought for the people using them. I saw trends that were, quite frankly, dangerous. From abrasive powders that strip your enamel to devices that cause permanent damage to your gums and delicate oral tissues, the focus had shifted from "care" to "clout."

I couldn't sit back and watch anymore.

Varnishd was born out of a need for protection, honesty, and professional integrity.
